1.master's degree or above in information systems management, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or a related field; master’s degree is preferred. 2.programming experience in one major computer programming language (c, java, etc.) 3.ability to learn new technologies and implement them quickly 4.ability to identify and solve hardware and software problems effectively 5.good english (spoken and written) & communication skills. 6.at least five years of information technology experience in industry, 7.at least two years of supervisory experience in related areas; 8.experience in it system design (especially information management systems, database system, or erp systems), development, and deployment 9.experience in unix/linux, windows clusters, networking, and/or super-computer administration 10.information management, erp, database system, oa, and knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of providing computing services in an academic environment is preferred.

崗位職責

1.supervise it staff in the it office on their daily work; 2.supervise the maintenance of all it infrastructure and hardware systems, disaster recovery, and asset auditing; 3.supervise the delivery of internet and intranet network services including web, mail list, email, telephone, and other related activities in a collaborative environment; 4.supervise and maintain the development of all it software and information management systems and asset auditing; 5.ensure system updating in a timely fashion to keep pace with the development of new technologies; 6.provide it technical consulting and training services; establish and maintain usage (and related) policies for it hardware/software systems; 7.be responsible for it equipment purchasing and contact with hardware/software suppliers. 8.coordinate with external suppliers on it projects if necessary; 9.assist the it director on the planning and development of information technology systems and services for all users at the ji, including students, staff, and faculty; 10.help analyze user requirements and make recommendations for improvements of it systems and services; 11.recommend changes to the deployment of it systems based on ji’s changing needs in teaching, research and administration.
