Job Description:
The New Business Development Associate in New Business Development provides valuable support in identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities for our organization. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the team on finding and executing external partnership and acquisition opportunities in medical device and technology (including digital health) fields within China.

Key Responsibilities:
？？？Parnter with marketing team from business to conduct research and analysis on the partnership, competition, and relevant market trends.
？？？Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess potential partnerships and collaborations.
？？？Support the development and execution of new business development project and post signing integration.
？？？Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
？？？Assist in the preparation of business plans, financial models, and feasibility studies.
？？？Monitor and track key performance indicators on each new business development project.
？？？Stay updated on industry news, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
？？？Other work arranged by team leader.

Qualifications:
？？？Bachelor’s degree in medical, engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 1-2 working experience is preferred.
？？？Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
？？？Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations.
？？？High self-discipline. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Can-do Attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
？？？Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
？？？Knowledge of Medtech is preferred.
